{"id":108224,"date":"2026-07-03T11:43:58","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T09:43:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/icac.cat\/?p=108224"},"modified":"2026-07-03T12:26:35","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T10:26:35","slug":"raul-cabeza-navarro-sincorpora-a-licac-com-a-investigador-predoctoral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/icac.cat\/en\/actualitat\/noticies\/2026\/raul-cabeza-navarro-sincorpora-a-licac-com-a-investigador-predoctoral\/","title":{"rendered":"Ra\u00fal Cabeza Navarro s&#8217;incorpora a l&#8217;ICAC com a investigador predoctoral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">L&#8217;Institut Catal\u00e0 d&#8217;Arqueologia Cl\u00e0ssica (ICAC) dona la benvinguda a <a href=\"https:\/\/icac.cat\/qui-som\/personal\/rcabeza\/\">Ra\u00fal Cabeza Navarro<\/a>, que s&#8217;incorpora al centre com a investigador predoctoral en el marc de les actuacions per a la formaci\u00f3 de personal <strong>investigador predoctoral de l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Estatal d&#8217;Investigaci\u00f3<\/strong> (AEI) (PREP2024-002727).<\/p>\n<p>El Ra\u00fal desenvolupa la tesi doctoral <strong><em>Arqueometria de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 a la Catalunya romana: an\u00e0lisi de residus org\u00e0nics en cer\u00e0mica de cuina<\/em><\/strong>, codirigida per <a href=\"https:\/\/icac.cat\/qui-som\/personal\/lcolominas\/\">L\u00eddia Colominas<\/a> (GIAP-ICAC) i Nicolas Andre Louis Roz\u00e8s (Universitat Rovira i Virgili, URV).<\/p>\n<p>Graduat en Qu\u00edmica, el Ra\u00fal aporta una perspectiva arqueom\u00e8trica a l&#8217;estudi de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 antiga, aplicant t\u00e8cniques avan\u00e7ades d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi qu\u00edmica per aprofundir en el coneixement de les societats del passat.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-108249 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/20260508_105343-400x185.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"185\" srcset=\"https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/20260508_105343-400x185.jpg 400w, https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/20260508_105343-1024x473.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/20260508_105343-768x355.jpg 768w, https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/20260508_105343-1536x710.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/20260508_105343-2048x946.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La recerca s&#8217;emmarca en el projecte finan\u00e7at <strong>Bioeat<\/strong> (PID2024-157503NB-I00), que t\u00e9 com a objectiu estudiar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 de la poblaci\u00f3 de la Catalunya romana mitjan\u00e7ant diverses aproximacions metodol\u00f2giques com s\u00f3n l\u2019estudi de les restes de fauna, l\u2019an\u00e0lisi isot\u00f2pica de restes humanes i l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de residus org\u00e0nics en cer\u00e0miques.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest context, la seva tesi se centra en l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de residus org\u00e0nics preservats en cer\u00e0miques de cuina procedents de diverses ciutats i assentaments rurals romans. Les mostres es processen al laboratori de Bioqu\u00edmica de la URV per extreure&#8217;n els compostos org\u00e0nics, que s\u00f3n analitzats mitjan\u00e7ant cromatografia de gasos en t\u00e0ndem amb espectrometria de masses (GC-MS). Aquesta t\u00e8cnica permet separar i identificar compostos com l\u00edpids, terpens i esterols, que aporten informaci\u00f3 sobre els aliments que van contenir aquests recipients durant el seu \u00fas. <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-108244 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_5567-400x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_5567-400x300.jpeg 400w, https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_5567-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_5567-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_5567-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/icac.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/IMG_5567.jpeg 2016w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La recerca preveu complementar aquests resultats amb una segona t\u00e8cnica anal\u00edtica, la cromatografia de gasos en t\u00e0ndem amb combusti\u00f3 i espectrometria de masses de la r\u00e0tio isot\u00f2pica (GC-C-IRMS). Consisteix a comparar els is\u00f2tops de carboni 13 i 12 dels compostos m\u00e9s comuns d&#8217;aquestes an\u00e0lisis, l\u2019\u00e0cid palm\u00edtic i l\u2019\u00e0cid este\u00e0ric.
