7th International Conference on Late Roman Coarse Wares, Cooking Wares and Amphorae in the Mediterranean: Archaeology and Archaeometry (LRCW 7)<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

First call<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

With this first circular, we would like to inform you that the LRCW7\u00a0will be held in Val\u00e8ncia, Riba-<\/strong>roja de T\u00faria and Alacant<\/strong> (15-19 October 2019<\/strong>). The conference will be organized by the Municipality of Val\u00e8ncia (Secci\u00f3 d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 Arqueol\u00f2gica Municipal de Val\u00e8ncia), the Municipality of Riba-roja de T\u00faria (III Jornades d\u2019Arqueologia de Riba-roja), the Institut Catal\u00e0 d\u2019Arqueologia Cl\u00e0ssica (ICAC<\/strong>), and the Equip de Recerca Arqueol\u00f2gica i Arqueom\u00e8trica de la Universitat de Barcelona (ERAAUB), in collaboration with the Museu d\u2019Arqueologia (MARQ) of Alacant, the Museu de Prehist\u00f2ria of Val\u00e8ncia, and the Universitat de Teologia of Val\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n

The ICAC is an active member of the organization, taking part in the Local Organizing Committee (Josep Maria Macias<\/a>),\u00a0 the\u00a0 Local Scientific Committee (Ramon J\u00e0rrega<\/a>) and the Local Secretaryship (Karen Fortuny<\/a>, Esperan\u00e7a Huguet<\/a>, Ada Lasheras<\/a>, Francesc Rodr\u00edguez<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Ana Isabel Gallego<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Announcement<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

During the conference, the participants will have the opportunity to visit several archaeological sites and examine Late Roman pottery from different parts of the Mediterranean.
