#ArqueoVibes is an innovative initiative that uses participatory communication methods, inspired by documentaries such as Spain in a Day (Isabel Coixet) and Life in a Day (R. Scott). The proposal invites citizens to reflect on their personal and emotional connections with local archaeological heritage. The activity sets up a citizen science process through a social‑media‑based audiovisual contest, asking participants to record and edit a one‑minute video where they share information about an archaeological element and explain why it is special to them. The videos will be uploaded to Instagram and must follow common guidelines: connecting with local archaeological heritage, answering three questions (What is its historical interest? Why is it important to you? Is it well protected or preserved?), and meeting specific recording criteria. The best videos will be selected and awarded. The goal of #ArqueoVibes is to bring heritage and culture closer to society, promote citizen science strategies, and analyze how science is disseminated through social media.
