Invitation to conduct research in Archaeomalacology and Palaeomalacology (GIAP research group)
The postdoc will join our GIAP research group and its projects on Greek and Roman colonisations in Catalonia and Greece, studying marine and freshwater shells from archaeological sites and sedimentary cores from coastal lagoons.

Invitation to conduct research in Archaeometry on stones and Artistic productions in Antiquity (ArPA-LIRA research group)
The postdoc will join our ArPA-LIRA research group and its research programmes in slabs an mobiliary productions in marmora; sculpture and architectonic decoration; epigraphic media; workshops and artistic patronage; Ancient marbles in post-Roman age (spolia and imitation); and Archaeometry stones.

About the Juan de la Cierva 2023 contract grants (State Research Agency, Ministry of Science, Innovation, and Universities, Spanish Government):
Las ayudas Juan de la Cierva tienen como finalidad fomentar la incorporación de jóvenes, en posesión del grado de doctor, con objeto de que completen su formación investigadora postdoctoral en centros de I+D españoles. Las personas participantes deben cumplir el requisito de poseer el título de doctor y haberlo obtenido entre el 1 de enero de 2022 y el 31 de diciembre de 2023 para el turno de acceso general y para el turno JDC-INIA-CCAA y entre el 1 de enero de 2021 y el 31 de diciembre de 2023 para el turno de acceso de personas con discapacidad igual o superior al 33 por ciento, excepto si acreditan una causa de interrupción conforme a la convocatoria.
Las solicitudes de participación las presentan los centros de I+D incluyendo en ellas a las personas participantes para su incorporación a los equipos de investigación. La selección se fundamenta en un proceso de concurrencia competitiva en base a sus méritos curriculares y en el historial científico-técnico del equipo de investigación en el que se quieren integrar, dando especial relevancia a los méritos relativos al investigador/a tutor/a.
