16 April 2024

XVIII curs iesso - 2
The pre-registration period for the XVIII Archaeology Course “Roman City of Iesso” is now open!

Two weeks of immersion in the world of Classical Archaeology where you can actively participate in the archaeological excavation process of a Roman city.

A unique opportunity for undergraduate or master’s students, as well as for individuals interested in the world of classical archaeology.

The course program combines fieldwork with visits to archaeological sites, archaeological drawing practices, lectures, and other activities.

Did you know that two of the lectures will be given by Esther Gurri (from the Museum of Badalona) and Néstor F. Marqués (responsible for cultural dissemination, among other projects, of the @antigua_roma accounts on social media)? Don’t miss it!

All this with the delightful company of the famous host of Iesso, the cat Cattus!

Practical information:

Course dates: July 1st to 12th, 2024.

Price: Free. Limited spots available, so pre-register now!

Registration open until May 19th.
