Brief CV
I am a PhD in Classical Archaeology from the Catalan Institute of Classical Archaeology (ICAC) of the URV and a Telecommunications Engineer from the UPV/EHU with a Master’s degree in Computer Security from the UNIR. In 2015 I started working as web applications developer in AngularJS (Front-end) and as cloud computing operations manager at Opentrends. In 2016 I moved to Mexico to collaborate with the National Institute of Anthropology and History in preserving and restoring the mural painting in the archaeological site of Tulum. Also this year, I worked as Android mobile applications developer (Front-end & Back-end). In 2017 I collaborated as assistant archaeologist at the University of Barcelona (UB) and the ICAC. In 2018 I started working as product engineer at EOLOS Floating Lidar Solutions. Now, as postdoctoral researcher and member of the Landscape Archaeology Research Group (GIAP) at the ICAC, I am developing my career in the field of Remote Sensing and Deep Learning to position myself at the forefront of computer sciences in order to be able to apply them to real challenges like those that archaeology exhibits.
