A Guest Lecture on the topic: “Archaeology: Basic Ideas” was organized by one of the Undergraduate colleges of Jammu. The targeted audience were the college students with minimum exposure to archaeological techniques. Hence this talk focused on imparting the basic ideas of Archaeology, with Plains of Jammu as a case study.
